What is the Support at Home Program?

The Support at Home Program is the Australian Government’s in-home aged care program. It helps older people access support so they can continue living safely, independently, and comfortably at home.

Through Support at Home, eligible older Australians may receive services that help with health needs, independence, daily living, social connection, transport, and support around the home.

At Wongaburra Home Care, we make the process easier to understand. Our team can help explain your options, discuss your support needs, and guide you through the next step.

Local Support from People Who Care

Choosing a home care provider is an important decision. You want a team that understands your needs, respects your choices, and provides care with kindness and dignity.

Our team works with you to arrange care that supports your health, wellbeing, safety, and independence.
